Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing CraftDelhi, creating an account, listing a product, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the policies applicable to the feature you use. You must be legally capable of entering a contract or use the service under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

2. Marketplace role

CraftDelhi provides technology that enables independent sellers and buyers to transact. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, the seller—not CraftDelhi—is the supplier of the product and is responsible for its description, legality, quality, safety, price, stock, packaging, and fulfilment. CraftDelhi may facilitate payment, communication, support, and dispute review without becoming the manufacturer or seller.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate, current information and maintain only accounts you are authorised to use.
• Keep login credentials and one-time codes confidential.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account until the issue is reported.

4. Listings and seller responsibilities

• Use truthful titles, descriptions, images, prices, stock, dimensions, materials, origin, warnings, and preparation times.
• Own or have permission to use all listing content, designs, trademarks, and customer-supplied material.
• Comply with product-safety, tax, invoicing, labelling, consumer, intellectual-property, and other applicable requirements.
• Protect buyer information and use it only to fulfil the transaction or meet legal obligations.
• Respond to orders and grievances fairly and within the timelines communicated on the platform.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is subject to payment confirmation, stock, seller acceptance, and fraud or compliance checks. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled with an appropriate refund. Payments are processed through available third-party payment services and may be subject to their terms. Buyers must not initiate an improper chargeback after receiving a valid order or agreed remedy.

6. Custom orders

Buyers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, photographs, dimensions, colours, and proofs supplied for customisation. Sellers must follow the confirmed instructions. Production timing may begin only after all required details are received. Cancellation and return restrictions for personalised goods are explained in our refund policy.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, infringing, misleading, or prohibited products or content.
• Fraud, fake reviews, payment abuse, impersonation, harassment, spam, or manipulation of platform features.
• Malware, scraping that disrupts the service, unauthorised access, or attempts to bypass security.
• Using customer information for unrelated marketing or transferring it without authority.

8. Content and intellectual property

CraftDelhi’s name, interface, branding, and platform materials are protected. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant CraftDelhi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. This licence ends when content is deleted, except where retention is required for transactions, disputes, backups, or law.

9. Reviews and communications

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, abusive, private, or promotional material. Marketplace chat may be used for order and product discussions. CraftDelhi may review reported content and remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary.

10. Suspension and termination

We may remove listings, hold actions for review, or restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate risk, or enforce policies. Where appropriate, we will provide reasons and an opportunity to contact support. Users may stop using CraftDelhi at any time, subject to unresolved orders, payouts, disputes, or legal duties.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, CraftDelhi does not guarantee uninterrupted access, seller conduct, or that every listing will meet an individual expectation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Users remain responsible for losses caused by their own unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively when services or legal obligations change. The updated date will appear above.
