• Order information: products, customisation instructions, delivery address, order value, status, and support history.
• Seller information: store details, contact information, business or tax information where required, product listings, and payout-related details.
• Payment information: payment status, transaction reference, and limited billing details received from our payment provider. Card or UPI credentials are processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by CraftDelhi.
• Communications: messages sent through marketplace chat, emails, reviews, return requests, photographs, videos, and other evidence submitted to support.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events.
• Preferences: wishlist, cart, searches, categories viewed, and consent or communication choices.

2. How we use information

• Create accounts, authenticate users, and secure the marketplace.
• Process purchases, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and seller payouts.
• Enable buyer–seller communication and product customisation.
• Provide customer support and investigate complaints, misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Personalise search, recommendations, and marketplace content.
• Maintain records, enforce agreements, and meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and legal obligations.
• Send essential service messages and, where permitted, offers or marketplace news.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably needed with sellers fulfilling an order, payment processors, delivery providers, hosting and communication vendors, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Sellers receive the buyer and order details needed to prepare and deliver a purchase and must use them only for that purpose.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for login sessions, cart and wishlist functions, security, preferences, diagnostics, and performance. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the marketplace from working.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, active accounts, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their passwords and report suspicious activity.

6. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, disputes, security, or legal compliance.

7. Children

CraftDelhi is not intended for children to operate independent buyer or seller accounts. A parent or lawful guardian should supervise any use by a minor and complete transactions on their behalf.

Links or integrations operated by other organisations are governed by their own privacy notices. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. Material updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
